Bradley Beal was absolutely spectacular against the Atlanta Hawks.

Looked like a completely different player. He got to the rim over & over again. Pretty much whenever he wanted to.

Whenever he put the ball on the floor, Atlanta was in trouble. His game looked complete in that series. He showed everything. Threes, pullups, aggressive drives to the rim. Everything.

We'll see whether that was a true change in mindset or just a result of Wall being hurt & ATL's frontline being small.

the fact that he had a nba ready game since hs is probably the reason why he never improved his game and has a terrible work ethic

some players are just satisfied with just making the nba and getting the money instead of wanting to be great

i never wouldve thought beasley career would turn out like this

OJ's issue wasn't his work ethic in the least.

In fact, a lot of guys who don't "make that jump" issue isn't work ethic.

Mayo is the perfect case of a player putting up numbers on a garbage team. Beal has shown to be a productive and effective 2 way player on a winning team.

Alonzo gif

Memphis was garbage his first two years (when Mayo put up numbers) then the third year they made the playoffs and beat SA.. and Mayo was coming off the bench

Beal and Gordon are a closer comparison to me.. Hopefully he doesn't end up down the same path

Both slightly undersized (Gordon had more bulk to him), both shooters and both with promise early but nagging injuries every season

There is no way I'm talking him over klay, as someone suggested earlier today.. I don't see him being more valuable than what we already know klay to be, 6'7 guy who can shoot and play defense

EG and Beal are almost clones.

Eric Gordon and Blake in 10-11 were a lot fun to watch. He averaged bout 22ppg on a team that won close to 40 games in the West.

That injury and his mindset set him back smh.

I don't get your Alonzo gif lol. Dude compared ojs first two years to beals first three years. Ojs first two years was a perfect example of him putting up numbers on a garbage team. And regardless oj is better for the team coming off the bench and not as good for the team starting. Its a proven fact that he only puts up numbers on struggling teams. Im not sure how its an alozno gif to state that

Man he doesn't even look like the same player but it might be the system he plays in now. He doesn't have the opportunity to create like he did on the clips. He does look a lot less athletic to me too.

lebron averaged 31 in his 3rd year in the league and went to the finals in his 4th year, lets not go there

all the great players turn into superstars by there 4th year in the league

you cant name a top 10 player in the league that wasnt a star by his 4th year

Gilbert Arenas
Steve Nash
