Dieng is killing overseas right now, he's definitely better than Pek and needs to be starting.
Pek is washed, dude can barely play 6 games in a row.
I'd trade Rubio too for the right return, I love him as a defender and passer but dude is one of the worst shooters in history at the guard position and you just can't win with that.
