Seikaly is kidding himself.

The 90s suffered from the dilution of overexpansion and poor draft talent in the late 80s-early 90s.

I actually agree :D And as long as I've been following the NBA there's never been a time when you could really say every team was "stacked." The current West is closest thing I've seen to that being true.

Shaq was the main guy on those teams and some Kobe fans want to act like Kobes role in those 3 rings were the same as Jordans or Lebrons roles in winning rings.
Kobe haters treat Kobe as a role player.

Where do we rate his role?

Was it greater than Pippens?

Greater than Wades? Parkers?

Is it more comparable to a Kareem/ Magic deal?

And why did Kobe never win the NBA Finals MVP with Shaq or finish higher in the NBA MVP voting during those championship seasons?

BTW, I didn't know that Rony Seikaly the former NBA player was also Rony Seikaly the DJ. I thought it was two different people who coincidentally had the exact same name.
look at you and your DJ knowledge

Stats dont matter to Karl Malone and many people who know what basketball is about. Btw, who the hell wears a brown polo?

Kobe was wildin, but not with out reason in the rebuilds years. It seemed to have made sense, but it was meaningless. Its the same type of meaningless stats WB pulled last season. Individual accolades never die because they fuel discussion boards.

Like Ive been saying. Kobe understood the team mates as good as anyone, and thats what you need. He won with two different bigs, in two different time gaps. Not many have done that.

Had the Spurs not lost to the Pelicans the last game of the Season, the Thunder would've made the playoffs and we would be talking about how WB dragged his team to the postseason. Oh well, At Least the Spurs got handed a 1st round exit. Crazy how one game has changed people's opinion of him.

what happened to tristan thompson's deal? is he taking the QO? Rich Paul seems like he's in way over his head.

at least at the outset of the season, the East looks pretty interesting.

the bulls are going into this season under the radar. i believe thibs held that team back in the postseason, hoping for some kerr like magic with hoiberg.

miami and milwaukee will be interesting, maybe one or both can be legit conference finals contenders.

did the wizards take a step back this year? lost PP and still have whitman

clippers cratered. i mean, son was using nos every time. it doesnt work that way imo. he lacked composure, lacked the ability to lead with out rage. it was cool, but u knew it was irking to.be on his team.

wb was proally the one to shower first, then stare at his team mates with that gaze.
