Carmelo says he's not setting expectations for season. Also says new guys have bought in already.

Carmelo: "It's hard for me to think about last year... It's a blur."

Carmelo on his championship window: "My window is open. I don't think it's closing. We can write whatever story we want."

Carmelo on Porzingis: "I kind of feel bad for him because there's so much pressure on him." Says he wants to take a big brother role w/him.

Vogel says when it comes to Paul George numerical position of playing “the 4” really isn’t a big deal. More so position-less basketball

Vogel, on his change of the offense: "I know that playing with space is very difficult to guard.”

Vogel on rookies Myles Turner, Joe Young: “I intend to use them right away."

Vogel really excited about Chase Budinger. “He’s really going to help our running game.” Says he looks “fantastic” & has shot well from 3.

Vogel on PG at PF: "This is worth exploring. This is something to be really excited about and something we believe he’s going to like."

Vogel said that Paul George has expressed his concerns about playing 4 w/ him and Larry Bird but feels it’s something “worth trying."

Paul George on Roy Hibbert’s absence at the rim effects his defense: "Roy was special. He will be missed but the show must go."

No D West, no Roy but Paul George says he has “big shoulders” and can handle the added leadership role.

Paul George: “I think we have a real shot of being top 3 in the East.”

The reason why Paul George has such a high ceiling for #Pacers - he’s encouraged by the leap made by the ’14-15 Hawks

Paul George taking on leadership role re: Myles Turner: “It’s my job — if he doesn’t pan out to be great, it’s my fault."

Paul George said Myles Turner's game is similar to LaMarcus Aldridge (at some point in the future).

Spoelstra says no injury concerns going into camp, but will be careful about exerting veterans ("anybody over 30").

Just to play devil's advocate on muggsy, if you are that close to the ground you better not ever get picked especially against nba height. And he had an advantage to get steals because dudes are dribbling the ball right in his face. Still amazing for him to even make the league.
