Didn't Coach K give Boogie props though when he went to Vegas a couple summer and tried out for Team USA.

Also I forget if Boogie played on the FIBA world championship team lead by KD.

I was in your Kings thread getting shot at like Denzel at the end of Training Day.

I vaguely remember that tbh

speaking of Denzel, I started The Equalizer last night.... it was cool, but the pain meds I was taking knocked me out like 40 minutes into the movie

Yea, it is.
I actually hesitated even putting that in the post because it was really irrelavent and would only give people a chance to say "28 wins is 28 wins" blah blah blah, as opposed to focusing on the point and that was...Demarcus Cosuins stats weren't empty, which seemed to be what wavy crocket was implying

His Stats aren't empty. Kevin Love's stats weren't empty. I at the time had Love rated correctly as the 2nd or 3rd best PF in the game. I STILL think he's a top 3 or 4 PF.

Point is, at some point...your production has to start turning into wins. 6 years in the league...if you're THAT good...you will at least be able to win half of your games.

DMC hasn't even cracked 30 wins. It's his 6th year in the league...

Oh ok my bad.
I still don't think Boogie can be 100% to blame or even if he should take more than a small % of blame this year.

This was not a 28 win team man. The front office just seemed intent on making sure that's all they did.

Malone was not finishing the year with 28, it may not or would not have been Playoffs but, Boogie can't be blamed on this, he brought it every Night. Every night, 150%, I just can't blame him or Dare call him any kind of overrated

Nah it was the squad led by Brow, Splash Bros (mainly Klay tbh), Harden, Myrie

The Equalizer was pretty dope.

But still does not beat Denzel in Man On Fire.

If you KD and a chinese team offers you 50mill a year for 5yrs, do do it?

kd wouldn't. son turned down 250 mil and stock options from Under Armor to stay with garbage pan nikes that broke his feets.

Stock options b. meaning...Steph Curry balls. Wins championship. Kicks flourish. Value of UA goes up...KD gets a 6% cut. BRUH...6%. Meaning...Steph earns the dough...KD GETS THE DOUGH..on some pimp steeze. And...you say no...cuz...since a kid you wanted to be with the Swoosh? foh string bean. you calling phil knight daddy.

I believe Nike had the right to match the offer
They didn't match stock options bro. KD aint out here owning a piece of Nike. KD left with less for nostalgia.

100% agree on that

this falls on that asterisk face Pete. Dude thought he was being smart firing Malone.... silver lining is, the fall off after the firing made Pete look like a grade A idiot.

Also agreed. Malone would have done a bit better than 28 wins if he finished the season.... 35? 38 maybe?

Lakers just gonna take everybody huh?

ESPN's LaMarcus Aldridge latest: Batum trade only latest signal of Aldridge's likely departure and sources say Lakers are moving up his list

If they don't get Boogie and Alridge is saying he's coming to the Lakers.

Lakers should draft D'Lo Russell instead of Okafor @ #2.

Philly would be so salty

One of the worst things in the NBA is to have bad team morale. The issues with Cousins and management started before GK got there. Best thing to do is divorce and try to get close to equal value. Cousins is replaceable by committee. Especially if it's a top 2 pick.

But kings fans just want to have Boogie putting up great stats on a 30 win team for a few more years...then he leaves as a Free agent and joins the Lakers in his absolute prime.

That will be a sad day lol.

Every FA is getting linked to us. Every. Single. One.

Us having cap space helps agents drive up prices for every one of their clients.

We've already seen Goran, Boogie, Jimmy, LMA, Love, Rondo, Tobias, DeAndre, Marc, Middelton, Carroll, and Wade linked to the Lakers radar.

Unless they're playin for 200 dollars and hour, we likely can't sign all of them.
