Yea, he is such an athletic freak that he could still have a solid impact in NBA games if he was Kendrick Perkins offensively.

This type of **** doesn't happen.

He's got everything, later quickness, top speed, great leaper, great instincts and a frame to put on more muscle.

The DPOY race will be between he and Gobert every year as long as they stay healthy.

Boogie took a major step last year, was one of the best interior defenders as well as one of the most dominant offensive weapons and he hasn't entered his prime.


WCS is a 6'6 guard athletically in a 7 foot body physically, very special athlete and already has a high defensive IQ. Low usage so he and Boogie will have no problems on the offensive end and they will be dominate from the gate defensively.

Offensively; I think it will be clogged if they play together. If Boogie plays in the post, I imagine WCS' guy will be cheating a lot. WCS will be at his best uptempo, which isn't making optimal use of Boogie.

Defensively, I do like the pairing. Or at least the idea of WCS covering the quicker big man while Boogie handles the inside. That way WCS can roam around defensively.

But alll this is coming from the guy that liked the Boogie and Robinson pairing three years ago.

Cousins is used to be double/triple teamed in the post every night anyway 

But really if WCS can just consistently knock down 15 footers he will be perfect with Cousins.

Apparently it's been said that he does have a jumpshot, it just wasn't his role in Kentucky to take them

I believe he can develop a jumper.

Not comparing the two but a lot of people thought Anthony Davis couldn't shoot coming out of UK but it just took time developing it.

Not expecting him to turn into that level but he could be serviceable, his form ain't broken.



Right now all he needs to do is set great screens, rim run, catch alley oops, finish offensive boards (which should be easy considering Boogie is always doubled) and play hawk in the sky on defense.

Karl was a bad hire, he worries me.

Of course they never shoulda got rid of Malone but at least bring in a young coach who can connect with these guys.

Karl is old as **** and always wears out his welcome at every stop, why do they think this will be different?

Karl is a good coach just not great. His bad rep is overblown. He consistently takes a team full of knuckleheads and gets them to play at a high level. Good enough to get a team out the dumps which I think is all sack is looking for

Exactly. they are just looking for a guy to get them out of the dumps and into the Playoffs. Then they find a coach to get them to the next level.

Look at George Karl, it's not like he's got a lot of years left in coaching like they hired him to be the coach of the next decade

Sub-60 FT% shooting the last two seasons say otherwise.

I really think the Kenyon Martin comparison I read awhile back (I forget from where) makes a ton of sense.

WCS is a lot more fluid on both ends than KMart IMO

Not to mention KMart was 6'9 and WCS is a legit 7 foot with much longer wing span

Ty Lawson replied to a comment on one of his own Instagram photos that criticized his play while with the Denver Nuggets.

Lawson was traded this offseason to the Houston Rockets.

Tim Connelly and Josh Kroenke were publicly supportive of Lawson during his struggles with alcohol.

Shannon Dizmang called Lawson "a disappointment here in Denver."

The response: "lol I wasn't a disappointment.... I did my job.. Tim Conelly and the kronke are bad owners and gm's."

Kenyon Martin is not even close to WCS defensively, if that's all he ever is on offense, I would be fine with that because he's going to be one of the best and the most versatile defender in the league.

I'm not saying it's a good or bad thing. I'm saying KMart and WCS have a different skill set and the height is certainly a factor

WCS might not end up having the career KMart did, just saying they're different players

I really think the buck's will make a semi-huge jump this season...barri back,mayo should be less of a ***** this yr & possibly get a decent hair cut, old man face Henson should be better down low this season, alphabet soup should be a lot more comfy in the O & middleton should be a sniper all damn season

Nick Young had a complete MELTDOWN outside of Dave & Buster's in L.A. Saturday night ... after his entourage got into an altercation inside the bar ... TMZ Sports has learned.
It's unclear what triggered the fight, but it sent Swaggy into a RAGE. The video shows Young ripping into his buddy, accusing him of instigating the drama ... then chucking a water bottle in his direction.

LAPD showed up, but the angry group was so large officers needed backup, including an LAPD chopper.
