That really was an incredible article especially coming from the POV of a white woman. Good on her for trying to bring awareness to white women on their complicit role in the destructive ideology of WS and trying to take a stand against it. It's a tired racist and also blatantly sexist belief in the protection of the white woman's virtue. It's a damn shame that its influence is still felt today :smh:

just gave me another way of looking at racism because I'm guilty of sometimes going at white men and not the women. Also I was Alonzo.gif about lynchings being fueled by the "protect our white women" narrative.

I mean I've always known this angle but maybe I haven't focused on it enough. I'm always system system system system but obviously white women have been a major catalyst behind the violent part of racism. Which obviously fueled this one tragedy since he stated the infamous white supremacist saying.

white women aren't out here really being blamed for a lot of the racist stigmas. Hell, I gave my brother a talk to about white women before he went off to college so he won't fall victim to their false cries
 
Like Emmitt Till, I've always known about that and other incidents but I admittedly don't recognize it the way I'm suppose to in present times.

Like how they used the incident of the brother who got killed by the cop in Charlotte. It hit close because that **** was sad when I first heard about it but I never equated the white woman cries on the phone as fueling the police killing him the way they did. All that brother wanted was some help
 
Man I've been telling black people this will be a reoccurring theme as long as we live in the white dominated western world.

Blacks in the western world with technical expertise gotta go back and develop the motherland. Not only for us but for our future generation. Tired of hearing black people say Africa will rise again in the future. I don't want to be dead when this happens. I want to experience it. We know what we gotta do but we're all not on the same page :smh:

Also to truth serum...I agree but at the same time I don't know how we can even start to develop Africa as black people. I say this because I look at what's happening to Nigeria once they started having all this success (boko haram). I really feel like that group was empowered by white people because they literally came from nowhere to flexing like crazy.

So many recent African wars have started with Europeans giving one side weapons to overthrow the other side. Then they put their puppet leader in so they can drain the resources. Gaddafi (sp?) had a good idea going and the media propaganda pretty much destroyed it.

China entering Africa bothers me more than the **** Europeans have done. Them ************* will dead *** rot out African land with their crappy *** pollution issues

White women have always had a hand it in. White people have created this false storyline of black men raping/attacking white women. It probably comes from their guilt cuz of what white men did to black women during slavery so they try to flip it to make themselves feel better. I always think about that scene in Malcolm X...

It's some cool white females out there but with me the connection ain't the same and I can't 100% trust them. This dude at my job got 2 kids by white girls and he was called a N by the girls family and the girls themselves. I can't put myself in that position. You living with somebody, got a kid with them and them and their family got racist views.

^ my daughter got two cousins on her other side that are biracial....the white grandmother be saying all kinda racist **** to them. I feel bad for them but not the dumbass dad for laying up with that trash chick. I don't see how a brother lay up with a white woman whose family don't accept them :smh:

It didn't stop after slavery. The raping of Black girls was one of many reasons the great migration happened.

the racism might not be as direct and prevalent when the dude started seeing the chick. I don't think I could marry outside of my race for that very reason.
