Definitely ask for more pics bud.

They look legit from that pic. Try asking for a back heel and see if it looks flat or if it shoots out wide. If it's flat, it's fake.

yeah, it's legit, you can tell by it's shape, even though you only provided one picture, it's clear enough to tell because fake foams are terrible.
