Yeah the son kinda ****** em over that's why you always need a lawyer when dealing with contracts. Beats out here acting like them dudes had nothing to do with the headphones outside of "sourcing materials"

Not sure about earbuds but if you want some pretty decent Bluetooth headphones I would recommend these

Not even surprised. I had a pair of Beats ear buds for less than a year, and I had to get them replaced twice. Broke again and I'm just running with a pair of Sennheisers I bought as a backup.
Best Buy told me they were no longer replacing the Beats I own. Can I get a new pair from Beats directly?

You can either go to apple or send them to beats. The manufacturer warranty is still good for a year

I currently use the Bose In-Ear Headphones. Are there better alternatives? They're comfortable in my ears...Apple earbuds keep falling out due to the shape of my ears lol.

Got a pair of solos brand new for 50 and they are ok for long trips. Other than that I barely use them. Need to keep on guard at all times.
