It's on SNKRS if you search. On mine, I can actually try to buy (but it times out after processing). On my buddy's phone, it says "enter drawing". They're there, though.

safe to say raffle is not random?

Not random at all! Nike going through those entries with a fine tooth comb! Now, those that get through that process it may be an actual random drawing. I thought these would be a cyber monday restock, but Nike must have something bigger planned (don's, chi 1, sbb, aqua 8, ovo 10 again, cyber 1, etc)
