I bet Nike updated their system that handles orders in conjunction with the updated SNKRS. A simple update on an app that worked fine before wouldn't do that. Their system got updated too and I bet they're having internal problems with it, thus causing all the delays.

Let's break this down
75% - Have gotten a delay email
24% - Haven't received a delay email, but haven't received shipping confirmation either
1% - Got shipping confirmation & a tracking number
So bascially... Everyone calm down
2nd: NEVER, EVER believe a Nike rep. You guys have noticed that we all have been told the same scripted line about they "are waiting to be pick up."
One min they tell you they are about to leave the warehouse, 15 mins later you get a delay email. DON'T TRUST THEM.

Haven't bought 10's since the 2004 steel grays. Do they still squeak? Won a sz 10 off the snkrs app. May want to trade if Nike hasn't fixed that issue.

I'll take that bet. Nike doesn't package 2 separate orders together.
2 different orders of White Cement 4's has shipped for me, OVO's has not. Last time I got a delayed email, I got a tracking confirmation the next day. The last last time I got a delayed email, the order was cancelled. But it seems like 98% of the people in here who ordered from NDC got that delayed email. And if you didn't get tracking yet, you'll likely be hit with that delayed email too. At first I thought they were gonna cancel all these orders due to the failed system on Saturday (so they can redo it).
on the subject on ovo webstore orders, no status update on my 10's orders (guest), and no status update on the tees I ordered (member checkout)

That's exactly what I want to know? This isn't their first time releasing multiple shoes on the same day or the same weekend.
And to the person saying calm down, I'm calm. I just hate my money & "order" being in limbo when their systems should be top notch with the amount of money they make

The OVOs could very well be shipped & coming from another warehouse or a back-up thus the delay. They are handling all other GR releases first. It'd be nice to have SOME kind of information, that's all I'm personally saying!

I talked to them about this when I called. It doesn't show up on the web because it was done exclusively through SNKRS. I guess they are keeping the two separate now. If u go in the app the order stuff should be there, even on the browser edition.

No. All of my orders SNKRS and NDC are still on desktop. Again...CSR's make up ish to prevent you from asking for 20% off code.

nope, that happens to me often. If you're not seeing any orders while you are logged in, then log out, and log back in again. Orders should show up

Honestly, best way to trade is to go thru a middle man. My man @WITNESSkb24 is the one you should trust for your middle man services. If the other guy doesn't want to go thru a middleman, theres a good chance he wants to scam you.
