I really don't know anything about Ubiq. Never dealt with them before. I get the feeling they wouldn't do that. Responding to the claim and making it more known isn't something you'd want to do if you were guilty of the crime.

If you got a voicemail from F23, do you need to call them back? I've been trying to call for days and they never pick up. I just reached someone finally and she told me to call back in two hours when the managers were there. Do you actually need to call back to confirm ahead of time? My voicemail just told me to pickup this weekend, starting to get worried.
