if they're along the lines of a QS, i believe Nike makes it available to the store and they (the store) basically state whether they want it or not (which I can't understand why some store wouldn't want a release of this caliber).
The quantity they don't have much control over.
That's at least how a few QS/Limited releases have been described to me before by a friend of mine who handles buying.. Of course I can't be 100% sure it's that way every time.

Little to none with regard to information provided justifies this .... I think there is an underlying tone in this thread that really suggest the exclusivity of the release. Once more information is produced this thread will turn into a trap house.

That's great news! Copping off of footsites have become a pain with the bot and ATC problem. I hope nike or ovo drops them at a random time on a new subdomain to really give ordinary people a shot at these.
