Bruh... I hope this ain't true cause I passed on Bordeauxs with the quickness when I won on those.

Anyways how do 10s fit in comparison to 1s? If I'm a 10.5 in 1s should I just stay TTS? Need these to rock.

Ideally they should BAN those who enter, win and don't buy. It will just cleanup the process for us that enter with the intention to buy, no offense.

As far as the original question, it's under the "Raffle Guidelines" on NIKE site that they reserve the right to refuse or block users that won raffle but didn't buy. If not mistaken they may let it slide one or twice but consistently will get you banned/blocked. These may not be the EXACT words that NIKE has on their site but you can head there and read it, won't hurt.

Good luck folks

With the new raffle system, I believe you select whether or not you want to purchase online or in-store beforehand (and if you win the raffle, you purchase at the corresponding location). Do you if they do drawings for each location and allocate a certain numbers of sneakers, A.K.A. would my odds be better if I chose my local store over on-line?

Also, it scares me to see so many others in this forum needing a sz. 12...maybe I'll size up a little just in case they pick winners by size.

I agree with you on that, with Bordeaux's I entered because it was the first time Nike had the raffle and I just wanted to see how they did it. Felt bad knowing someone who wanted to cop probably couldn't, but what's done is done.

Real talk though are 10s TTS?

I fit a 10.5 in most everything but sometimes have to bump to 11.

Judging by pretty much a whole size run still siting on NDC after the raffle and restock, I guessing everyone who wanted them can get them...for retail pricing.

I did the same thing when the raffle for the Bordeaux's happened...wanted to test out the system. I know the rumor was that if you don't buy you won't win next time but for me I won on the Bordeaux's, didn't buy and then won on the Chicago 1's and did buy. I haven't entered any others (I think the 4's may have been in between the Bordeaux's and Chicago 1's?) unless I wanted to buy them for sure. I'll enter on these and hope I get lucky, but I don't think they actually ban anyone for not ordering.

Also, just remembered someone saying in the Legend Blue thread that they did the same thing...selected on the Bordeaux's didn't buy and was selected on the 11's and did buy.

Just an FYI - I just read through all of the Terms and Condtions, FAQ and guidelines - there is no mention of "being blocked if you do not buy". There is their standard statement about their right to block/ban anyone at their sole discretion, most especially if you cheat or abuse the process. I suppose that could be taken to mean that if you enter and do not pickup/buy you are abusing the process, but it is not called out specifically. The only mention of someone not following through with their entry and purchased is from this statement "If a recipient declines purchasing the launch product or does not show up to purchase the launch product during the designated time specified by email and/or MMS from Sponsor, has violated any of these Terms and Conditions, then an alternate recipient may be selected, at Sponsor's discretion." Basically saying if you get selected and don't pick up or buy during the allotted time you forfeit your chance and they can be sold to someone else.
