If they put high quality leather and the OG eyelets on them, I'd love for them to retro. There hasn't been a decent retro of this show ever and it's one of my favorites from my childhood

Totally agree. And the shape is so far off from the og's it's a joke.

Yep. I think something like 02 then 08 (cdp) then 12. I don't even think they have that high of a resale soooooooooooooooo nope. If you want a pair, just start your searching.

I have a ds pair of cdps but have heard the chipping is horrible on them. Can anyone here confirm? I am debating getting a 2010 pair as the threat of the 9s from that run were painted well.

The recent ixs have held up very well imo. The 2002 incarnations were the worst.

The ogs had dull midsole painting, first row of plastic lace loops, jumpman facing forward on the left shoe.

The leather on all the recent pairs have been some of the worst quality I've seen on JB sneakers.
I mean for the Kilroy pack to have been limited it should have been better leather on those and, we won't even talk about those olives and photo blue pairs that dropped
So upping the quality on that aspect is much needed, shape as well! They were sleeker before. They are built like tanks now and they seem to run much smaller

I agree they need better materials and better craftsmanship. Especially for the price tag they would ask.

I hardly touched my 08's. I bought the cdp pack with the 14 included, and bough another pair of 08' IX's on the aftermarket for a good deal. Love this color way though.
