Is anyone else into tension myositis syndrome aka the Sarno system

Can you explain the sarno system? Is that a stretch or something? I always have problems with my lower back and i would do anything to get rid if of it haha

It is complete nonsense sounding but it works. It says that physical pain is often times just a release of repressed emotions, rather than the result of an actually injured or problematic body part.
