Getting my first pair of Prestos for me and my gf. Do they run true? Or should I go up in size?

Kinda true.
But I would suggest going for the bottom number.
Eg XL = UK 11 - 12 and XXL = UK 12 - 13
I bought a XL but it fits very snug, I might have preferred a size XXL.
I'm a big UK12.
