Elway was still pretty damn good in his final 2 seasons. It was just the first time in his career where he could be comfortable at QB. He's one of the few players to nearly single-handedly carry his team to a Super Bowl and get MVP (back in the 80s).

edit: those gif's of Elway and Manning running for the first down are eerily similar, especially the way Manning turns on those jets at the end. The only difference is Elway was seeking contact whereas Manning was desperately seeking the fastest way to the ground. Still, both runs were

Once at work with 2 "white" coworkers I had a black dude ask us where some store was we didn't know. He immediately thought we were being racist.
