If the Browns defense plays like it did last year I don't know if they'll get a top 5 pick. They were 7-4 at one point because of that defense. It was a top 10 overall, Top 5 in forced TO's, and were #1 with lowest QBR against them. Hoyer had some of the worst QB play i've ever seen in my life despite the defense having his back all season. It'll be tough for McCown/Manziel to outdo him but definitely not out of question lol.

It says he's not a starter, I don't know if Pittsburgh considers a nickel as a starter, since their base defense is a 3-4

Boykin said he wanted to play on the outside, I think he might just be nickel a good one at that.

We need him to play 60% of the defensive snaps to get the 4th anyway.
