not at all. i have nothing against marcus nor do i care if he succeeds or not. he had a decent game but the hype after one game. yall were probably the same dudes hyping up rg3 after his rookie campaign.

i dont think hes going to be great but ill  take the wait and see approach before proclaiming how great someone is.

I said he had one great THROW. That's it.  I even said 2 of his other TD's were gimme's from awful defense.

Nobody propping him up as a top QB because of his first game.
 
RG3 had one of the best rookie seasons of any QB in the history of the NFL

it's easy to look back and say "I told ya so" now

naw . . im always in the camp that the 2nd year for a starting qb means more then the first and even that year i didnt think he was as great as proclaimed. im pessimistic .

naw . . im always in the camp that the 2nd year for a starting qb means more then the first and even that year i didnt think he was as great as proclaimed. im pessimistic .

Say what you want about him after his rookie season...but his 1st season was historic. But yea...no where near as great as proclaimed :rofl: :lol:

The fast release from MM8 was dope but that's it. The way it sounds is as if he broke 3 tackles and threw a 50 yard bomb off his back foot into a bucket.

To me the throws from under the center were more impressive because I've had never saw that from him before.

The zone read throw looked like what he did at Oregon.
