Were you around after the New England/Kansas City game last season?

If so, something like that.
So many friends of mine were giving up on the season and agreeing with Trent Dilfer saying, "They just aren't good anymore." Then after they won the Super Bowl they were talking about how Trent Dilfer was an idiot and they never gave up hope

Brady looked like week 17 Peyton in that Jets game at the start of last year. He was throwing wacky wobblers all over the damn place.

Those dude's are just as bad Dilfer imo  :smh:. Most of the blame in the Pats thread at that time was aimed at BB.

You probably mean the Fins game where they mostly beat us down? :smh:. Yea he looked off the first few weeks before the KC game lit a fire under his ***

jjs07 jjs07 Making excuses? Did you see our first game? How can you watch that and feel confident about our team. I had Dal/Phi both ahead of us before the season started. Then we do something very similar in week 2. Our team has talent but it isn't good. I **** on my team all the time. Washington has a solid defense their run game has been great so far. I wouldn't be surprised if Washington won, wouldn't be surprised if the Giants won. Giants are better offensively, Washington is better defensively.

Before week 2, I told you the division was up for grabs.

Dallas has taken a step back. They didn't look good in either game. Don't like their defense and their run game wasn't impressive. This was before Romo got hurt. O line is phenomenal and that gives any QB plenty of time to make good decisions.

Phi has taken a step back. Not a fan of Bradford and I think he'll be hurt. Don't think their defense is good. O line is having serious problems and the run game is awful. Never been a believer in Chip.

Washington has taken a step forward. They have their defense playing well and the O line can block when they want to. O line giving their QB time and their RBs are running hard.

Giants are average or maybe below average. O line has improved which is important but ODB needs someone else out there to allow him to get some space or so Eli can throw to someone with hands. Defense is trash outside of our two CBs. We have no pass rush and our LBs are awful. Safeties are rookies. Coughlin and Mac aren't on the same page which is a HUGE problem. Eli made some bad decisions and mental errors. Not once this offseason did I say the Giants were a good team, playoff contenders or would win the division.

Golden Tate might be the only ND player I messed with while still in college

.

They have a nice WR there now who has crazy speed, dunno if he'll be nice in the league though. Think he's number 7, last name fuller.

NT Football Thread full of excuses today I see, I can only imagine how the pitchforks would've been out if Tommy Uggs & Hoodie started off 0-2 this season :smh:

Or your girls :nerd:

Or your Texans :nerd:

Oh wait, they are 0-2 my bad fam :smokin

How's Dez + Romo feeling? :nerd:

How's Foster's feeling? Polk/Blue sure look great in his absence :nerd:

How's that new turf you guys installed? :nerd:

Weeden/Cassel >>>>>>>>>> Mallet/Hoyer

Falcons are on the right path but no. Quinn has that defense playing much better but Matt Ryan isn't good in the cold or on the road. Falcons could EASILY be 0-2.

Could have sworn you said the Skins were trash, but you throw that adjective around so much it's hard to keep track.

From my POV, you got the excuses lined up in case you all do lose tomorrow night. Injuries suck...but every team in this division is dealing with them.

Bringing up your game vs. Dallas means what exactly? You all had it in the bag if it wasn't for your QB showing the football IQ of a donkey.

Like I was saying to other dude...I take things one week at a time. For as much as the Skins look improved after 2 games, it's just that...2 games. ANYTHING can happen. I don't have enough confidence in the team (right now) to definitively say we're going to win on the road. It's going to be a tough game that could go either way.
