Also I don't think destroying the cellphone will hurt Brady in court because no tangible crime has been committed, even the NFL rule violation is vague.

The cell phone won't hurt Brady in court because it won't really be relevant. Brady won't argue his innocence; he'll argue the process and that Goodell shouldn't have been his arbitrator.
