He was good in spurts, but for me personally, the bad always outweighed the good. Being extra conservative and not making adjustments are too of his biggest detriments. His biggest assets are that he's well liked by players, and can get a lot out of mediocre players. Wade Phillips saved his job heading into 2011 though, and would definitely have been fired had Wade not been available.
