Point is, they're unfairly playing that "Dez is a team distraction" angle when it's clear that Hardy is completely out of line.  Even if he does have a history of sideline arguments or whatever, it's not fair to use that in a situation like this.

They're not showing the full extent of the clip either.

Regardless, Dez was trying to calm Hardy down and defuse the situation.

However, makes for a more interesting story/narrative if Dez was poppin' off as well.

Great playcaller, great at getting the guys behind him. That Raider team was severely undisciplined though and they blew the last game of the season to make the playoffs ending at 8-8. Dude blew it in his post-season press conference though.

The guy deserves a second chance at HC.

If I were the 49ers I would dump Ron Jeremy and that sorry OC and get Hue involved with a new quarterback behind center.
