can't wear different helmets because the NFL says a new helmet isn't safe because it's not broken in

Weird, Phins throwback helmets have different decals, stripes, and gray facemasks. Going through all that trouble just to use the same helmets?

Gonna need dude to explain himself. Might be the dumbest thing I've read on here this week...and that's saying a lot b/c the bar ain't too high.
Seriously one of the dumber things I have read.  Getting twisted up into trying to logically justify absurdities.

pats just need to go back to the pat patriot jerseys/logo full time

while the oilers jerseys are better than anything the titans have, I don't care for them to be honest.

for me, Atlanta has the greatest throwback.. which is amazing considering the current arena league jerseys they wear

should go to these full time (update them to the new nike jerseys):

I've always thought they should do a throwback week where every team playing wears their throwbacks.

Creamsicles are horrific

I get peeps liking them with the 'everything bright and loud' generation of today but they suck. Terrible.
Awful logo, awful colors

i wish the Jets would rebrand :frown:

their current jerseys are alright but i know they could do better

Yeah teaching is great and all.

But if we are really talking about affecting young people lives, I could bring in the backup wide reciever from the Jaguars and have them mentor a kid for six sessions and it would go a lot further in shaping him than his teacher could.

You have could be an exceptional teacher but if the student isn't receptive, your importance is muted.

There's saying "When a student is ready, the teacher will appear" and believe it's mostly true.

Students don't always look at teacher as role model, teachers have to work to maybe get a little bit of credibility.

Bring in a professional athlete to talk and their word is gold to the majority of the students.

Instant credibility.

I know the other side will say professional athletes get paid to play a kids game, teachers shape the minds of the future leaders of America.

I know this partly true and that sounds great but as a practical matter, teaching is glorified babysitting 90 percent of the time, if you don't have class management they ain't learning *****.

You don't want your teacher being **** up, but short of that; parents, siblings, friends ,coaches or other adults who work with a students interests have a far greater impact on the students than a teacher does.

That's my viewpoint...I know some will see it differently.
