As far as we know Gronk doesn't have any serious issues with drinking and it doesn't distract him from doing his job so that's not a good example.

Browns are expecting Johnny to clean up his act on and off the field. They just gave him the "get out of jail" free card for the incident with his GF a few weeks ago, he should've known that was his last strike.

No he's nothing like Deion. Only thing Deion did was celebrate after scoring TD's and doing commercials. Maybe you can Michael Irvin but Mike was great at what he did and was still a leader. He was worth it.
