As big of a scumbag Hardy is. I have no respect for people who take pay offs for crimes. Dude belongs in jail. She'd rather get a check then help put him there. To hell with the next potential victim as long as she gets paid. My sympathy will go to the victims who want actual justice.
 
Hardy's case is way worse than Ray Rice man...

Rice knocked out his fiancé.

There was definitely some sort of struggle but but I don't think it's consistent when her statement that he threw her around, strangled her, put her head in the toilet.

I'm with you for most of that... That article is all about the events, but the last few blurbs about how she disappeared and is traveling all around now.  I don't understand the point of this article.  We all know he did some messed up ****.  Hardy knows it, the accuser knows it, the NFL knows it, we know it.  They reached an agreement where she took a payoff and didn't show up in court.  I'm not defending hardy in any way.  The guy is scum... now what?

Now nothing. She had the power to prevent him from playing. She took the money. The NFL isn't the law. Hardy has the right as someone who wasn't properly convicted to get a job.

You can't ban people who have allegedly committed crimes from getting a job. There is no island of people thrown away from society. The last thing I want is individuals with a criminal history left with no choice but crime if they aren't in jail.

I'm with you 100% on that one.  

It takes two to tango... If the owners actually thought hardy was bad for the league, then they wouldn't hire him.  I don't think off field topics of any kind (politics, law, age) should prohibit players from playing.  If the owner doesn't want to sign them, well, that is the players problem.  Roger should only be suspending and handing out discipline for on field issues.  

Now, do I hope that Hardy learns or changes his attitude towards women?  Of course I do.

Do I think that Hardy is somebody I would want to associate or hang out with?  Of course I wouldn't.

His actions no. His right to play yes. Should he never be able to work again anywhere? Would people be outraged if he wasn't in the NFL and got a job at McDonald's?
 
I hope the NFL gets their priorities in order and makes sure they fine D'Angelo WIlliams when he wears to pink to honor a woman

Because they really don't.

All they show is a struggle which we already know there was. It could be him coming to her or it could be her coming to him.

The real narrative is probably somewhere in the middle.

I don't think those photos fit the Greg Hardy the heinous woman beater narrative.
