actually he had Carolina in the NFC championship our 2nd year of existences so i say yes.

Alright, I just found the records....
I got bill polian at 238-145


And Seau during the reg season at 160-160. And that includes 4 seasons with the pats at the end of his career at 12-4, 16-0, 11-5, 10-6.

I'm not saying Seau is a bad player, all I was saying is that he played on some bad teams, and some good teams. The other poster said that no way polian could get into the hall with such a poor record.
 
Well Seau's legacy has a lot to do with being one of the best Charger personalities of all time, being one of the most beloved personalities in the NFL and also a trailblazer for the Samoan-to/NFL pipeline which is a huge deal.

As well as being a great player for a long time.

Also team record as a GM means something very different than team record as a linebacker, cmon now

Supposedly a banner was to be flown over cowboys practice as well, but the plane crashed and the pilot was killed :smh:

I wasn't saying BB is a bad GM, but he has leeway. It seems hi strengths are the lower picks and UFAs. But that probably goes along with his incredible ability to coach
