The defense definitely has its lapses that we're used to but I think a lot of packers fans would agree they've been playing well enough this year. The first 6 games we lead the league in sacks and had the lowest PPG allowed. Ever since the pass rush has been inconsisistent. But damn near every loss we've had they gave the offense a chance to win and failed they failed to deliver. Like last night again, they only allowed 6 points in the last 3 quarters when the offense gave the lions red zone field position after the Rodgers int to give them such a big lead out the gates. I think they said last night the packers lead the league in 4th quarter interceptions as well. We've shut down a number of the leagues best running backs. And we found studs at CB in Randall and Rollins in the draft.
Without looking at any stats and going by the eye test though, our defense has definitely played well enough to win ball games if our offense delivers I think.
