Some children are especially hard for the parents to control. I rather have parents put their children on a leash, then lose them or put them on medicine.

that said, i don't judge the parents either. i don't have any idea what it's like to be a parent so i don't know what the right way to feel about it is.

I get kids in my office with their parents and so many parents show no discipline towards them, let them run around, take stuff off my desk, etc.

one time this kid was ripping up my business cards and the mom is just sitting there continuing to ask me questions, I had to say "can you please tell your son to stop ripping up my business cards" and she gave me attitude like I was rude
