We need to get that defense taken care of. You dudes have no idea how pissed I still am about the Colts not taking Malcom Brown. Sigh.

But on a positive note, Luck is about to do work this yr :smokin

The Colts D looks just fine to me

They rely on the running game plenty with Bell

Unfortunately the D has deteriorated due to age and releases/retirements. Who knows how the young D will gel. Not sure if that's soft or just bad. I just don't see them as playing a 'finesse' game nor agree that a team like Indy or GB couldn't 'get it done'. They are both right there

Colts, Steelers and Packers all have suspect D's as of now but I think the Packers have the best chance to win it all

if Gore still has another year in him then Luck is going to be insane because he has never really had a running game

Big Ben is really an elite QB in this league, he came in like Russell but dude is a legit HOFer, we will see if Russell takes that step in his coming years

Tbh I think they're all finesse teams. Probably don't have what it takes.

I usually say the same, but the league always surprises me in one way or the other.

I do agree though that usually you need a better than average defense come postseason.

this is why I like the Chiefs and Vikings as my sleepers, maybe not to win it all but make a nice run

their D will both be pretty legit IMO

Rams are my sleepers if gurley can get healthy. that dline is disgusting :x

I just don't see it with the Rams, I was a big fan of Foles but watching him last year, he was simply terrible outside of the Washington game

I am rooting for him to bounce back

I think that when you look at all of those teams the best players are in the offensive skill positions and the rest of the roster is peppered with holes and questions.  That's why I suggest they tend towards finesse, because that's simply what the talent on their team is in 2015.  Outside of those offensive skill positions, none of those teams has an elite or even "very good" positional unit elsewhere on the team.

The Packers are easily the best of the 3 but I always expect their D to fail when it matters.

I don't think the Steelers have a "soft" mentality but if you're talking about their talent they don't have many players on the defense or the lines who put the fear into you at all.

it'll be interesting to see with them having a starting qb in there instead of the yearly backup. is tavon austin a bust or is it cause he had austin davis/shaun hill throwing to him? can greg robinson pan out? there's a lot of question marks but i like their pieces. donald might already be the best DT in the league.

If say their linebackers with Shazier and Timmons are pretty intimidating, Harrison on the outside still has those phenomenon games. We will see about Bud. Their d line is not bad with Cam Heyward looking like a stud. It's the backfield which doesn't bring skill or intimidation. I don't think the assessment of them not winning a championship is wrong, I'd just use other labels than finesse. But with the Haley offense, I can see why that would be thrown around

Get it? Thrown around?

Rimshot :pimp:

Sorry I was up late last night

I've just about adopted 10027'so mindset with the Rams. Every year going back 3 years now, they're always a team people pick as a sleeper or surprise team based on roster alone. They haven't came close to putting it all together over a full season and some of these guys are full-blown veterans of the NFL now.

I always liked Foles and thought he could be good. He's shown he can, but I'm unsure about his consistency.

It's just hard to buy-in right now for me after the track record. Even with SF falling off the San Andreas fault line, Arizona has proven to be tough and then there's Seattle.

I could see the Steelers winning another SB or missing the playoffs behind the Ravens and Bengals.  Very unpredictable with that defense and so many young players.  But the offense should be super-powered.

Repped.

I mean some of these guys are not even that young anymore and still getting passes.

I think both Tavon and Greg Robinson fail to impress this year.  They have really failed to maximize those RG3 picks.

They are annoying to play when your O-line sucks but that's about it.

Any chance the hype train that is Tim tebow gets cut? I'm surprised not more teams who have crap at qb didn't want to give him a shot like the bills or Texans.

Barkley is def on the scrap heap of he doesn't get traded for a pick

Tavon is the biggest anomaly to me, I really don't know if he is a bust or just not used right

I lean towards not used right

I mean I think it's laughable he still gettin looks to begin with.

He's in the way.

Chip and his red rocket for Tebow will give him every chance to beat Barkley

even in his press conference he made excuses for Tebow with the offense line giving him no time and 3rd string offense

Barkley is getting traded or cut if they can't find a team IMO
