It's not the NFLs entire revenue that is 11% donated
Again, if I sell a pink product to benefit breast cancer research, I'm donating more than 11%. And I'd be transparent about it

But wait, all of the sudden everyone is expecting the NFL to be transparent ? Have ANY of yall been paying attention to how the NFL runs things? OF COURSE theyre lying. OF COURSE they're doing anything to make a buck. This is how all major corporations operate.

I'm not upset at the result, I'm upset at the process.
Big businesses are benefiting more money wise then any cancer research department.
That's not how it's supposed to work.

I didn't question what you did or did not do. YOU brought that up and made it personal. I'm very satisfied with the charities I work with and there is transparency because I see it
If you think size is most important, that bigger is better I don't know what to tell you. I question your economic intellect at the very least. Obviously we aren't going to agree but I think the majority of posts have valid questions and critiques.

Actually, you made it personal by suggesting that you sell items and donate a certain amount of that revenue to charity:
This whole thing started because dudes had a problem with Leah being on a Wheaties box. More power to her for being a fighter and gaining some recognition for her struggle. Hopefully, other people will be motivated. Instead, NT wants to talk about percentages. It's sad. That other 89% goes towards making the NFL as popular as it is.

One last thing, the fact the NFL dedicates a whole month to AWARENESS, is a good thing. Does any other major sport do this?
We all know millions of people watch the NFL . How can we measure the amount of people that might have said, "Damn, maybe I should get checked?" That has nothing to do with any type of dollar amount. The whole "pink" movement is a GOOD thing. Period.

It would be nice if everyone that could afford to donate to a charity could give a little more, but I can appreciate that at least something is being done. It is what it is...

It's hard to believe that style of coaching is successful. It seems more style than substance. But of course we're not seeing the teaching that the coaches are providing.
