Brady Quinn's analysis popped up on that link

Gosh Brady Quinn is a good looking guy, too bad he wasn't a great playing quarterback. He could have been the most marketable quarterback ever.

Said the same thing when I saw him a few weeks back on NFL Network. It was when the Geno news broke about his jaw, and they were saying how Fitzpatrick is the next man up, and you could tell Quinn wanted to be like "Why not give me a call :frown: " .

Ditto, I was really expecting him to look directly into the camera like "Hey Jets :wow: :wow:"

Wayne would be nice if he could produce the way he was prior to the injury. Not likely to happen, but I’ll even take last year’s production with maybe a couple extra TDs.

Still heartbroken about the news, but the depth we have this year compared to last year eases the pain a little bit. Funchess, Ginn, Cotchery, Brown, Boykin > Cotchery, Avant, Brown as supporting casts to KB. We still need guys to step up. IF Funchess can have a similar season to KB’s, and Stewart can be the back he was during the last 5 weeks last year AND can stay healthy (which is rare) then we can reproduce a playoff run like last year. Bounced out the divisional round with maybe 10 wins compared to 7 last year.

Have to remember, the secondary is much improved over what we had the start of last year and the addition of Shaq could be big. I think we’ll still have a good season, but no way we’re getting past Seattle/GB in the 2[sup]nd[/sup] round.

Not sure if you guys even make the playoffs. The division is up for grabs but unless Cam really puts a Superman cape on I just don't see how you guys win more than 7 games.

@SEA, vs PHI, vs IND, vs GB in a 4 week stretch then @DAL, @NO, ATL twice, @NYG all in Dec :x

Of course ESPN aired this while the East coast was asleep...

Better than nothing I guess

Peyton Manning feared Patriots bugging visitors’ locker room

Since the Spygate story broke in 2007, there’s been a widespread perception around the NFL that the Patriots cheat. But in the years between Spygate and Deflategate, those accusations amounted to little more than rumor and innuendo.

Still, the rumors and innuendo affected the way NFL teams prepared to play against the Patriots. And the player who has been the Patriots’ biggest rival, Peyton Manning, took specific steps to combat the possibility that the Patriots were cheating.

That’s the word from former Colts coach Tony Dungy, who said on the Dan Patrick Show that when the Colts were playing in New England, Manning would leave the visitors’ locker room and go into an adjacent hallway when he wanted to discuss specific plays the Colts were going to run because Manning feared the locker room was bugged. Dungy said he doesn’t know if the Patriots’ locker room really was bugged, but he did confirm that a 2010 Peter King report about Manning’s concerns was accurate.

“I know that that is very true, and, you know, as Peyton talked to guys who played for the Patriots, some of the guys who came over — whether it’s true or not he treated it as true. We didn’t have a lot of strategy discussions inside the locker room there,” Dungy said.

Dungy stressed that he doesn’t know that the Patriots were cheating, but that Manning didn’t want to take any chances.

“Peyton takes everything to the nth degree,” Dungy said.

And, if the rumor and innuendo are to be believed, so do the Patriots.

Seattle’s a loss. Philly doesn’t scare me at home. Indy we have a chance. GB is a loss. It helps three of those are home games.

Last meetings with ATL and NO were both blowout wins. NO will be better this year, but I’m still predicting a season split. ATL’s defense will haunt them all season. DAL is yet to be seen. Giants are the giants.

The title is a two team race in my opinion between CAR and NO. Should come down to the last week.

@jjones9: Rivera: We feel real good at WR and the guys we have

@gregauman: Bucs tackle Demar Dotson still very early in rehab process but hopeful to be able to return healthy from knee injury in six weeks.

Gosder Cherilus getting first-team reps at RT  Sounds hideous, but probably looks even worse in person.

Dude must have completely forgotten what happened on MNF, last year.  And that was with Sanchez at QB.  Being at home this year won't help y'all THAT much.

I don’t forget a thing. I was at that game.

I also remember a weak O-Line that couldn’t protect my QB or help my RBs and a secondary that was filled with washed up players like Antoine Cason, Charles Godfrey, and Thomas DeCoud. Once we swapped them out for younger guys like Boston and Benwikere we took leaps forward.

I listen to Philly talk radio every day. The hype for your team by some of these guys is out of hand. There’s no continuity on your team, secondary lacks depth, WRs are unproven though the rookie looks nice, O Line is suspect, and your new starting QB has played 2 full seasons in 5 years and is a giant question mark.

You guys have a ton of upside, but there’s a ton of variables. I see 10 wins.

Exactly; the team that took the field that night was completely different from the one that ended the season.

Gronk out here looking like Jax from MK with that **** on his arm, he and JJ just obnoxious.
