I fail to see what's so funny or blasphemous about what dude said. Barry Sanders was a freak at the RB position but his career ended prematurely. The guys listed all had incredible careers as well as longevity.

/shrug

i don't have Eric or Emmitt ahead of BS (and obviously not AP ahead of him). Payton is a tough one, Brown is probably the best, Faulk is hard to quantify just how good he was

DMX is the only one who liked my drawing :frown:

I liked the fact you did the drawing and then posted. Solid

You either get your ankles snapped by Barry and LT or get trucked into pieces by AP...choose your poison

You sound ridiculous.

Yes he chose to end his career early, still the 3rd all time leading rusher, 10 time All Pro, 4 time leading rusher, 2 time MVP, rushed for 2k in a season and was 2 time Offensive POY.

None of those dudes resume's is touching him besides Sweetness, he literally never had a bad season.

Jim Brown is the only argument and he didn't play in the modern era.

It's Barry and Barry only.

TO was great but I remember his last seasons of him dropping a lot of passes. Hit right in the hands and right through them. Seattle didn't even have a WR and he couldn't make the team. TO was never better than Moss.

I was waiting for this.

TO's last three seasons in the league: 2864 yards, 24 touchdowns.
Moss's last three seasons on the league: 2091 yards, 21 touchdowns.

TO was better than Moss in 2000, 2001, 2002, 2004, 2006, and 2010.

Sorry, I'll just join the Randy Moss-fest instead.

Relax.

If you can dish out the cape gifs, then be able to take them too

Only DSA is allowed to use cape gifs in my direction. It's in the rulebook.

There's more to football than a player's stats. Emmitt has better stats than Walter Payton, Jim Brown, Barry Sanders and Faulk but Emmitt wasn't better than them.

Moss was the better WR. TO was great as well.

moss was more talented but TO was the better player

AP is top 5, barry has the record for most carries with negative yards

It's Barry and Barry only.

Barry Sanders had more than 2000 yards from scrimmage twice.
Marshall Faulk had more than 2000 yards from scrimmage four times.

Barry Sanders never had 20 touchdowns in a season.
Marshall Faulk had more than 20 touchdowns in a season twice.

Barry Sanders never caught more than 48 passes in a season.
Marshall Faulk caught more than 48 passes in a season 9 times.

Barry Sanders ended his career with 18190 yards from scrimmage.
Marshall Faulk ended his career with 19154 yards from scrimmage.

Barry Sanders ended his career with 109 touchdowns.
Marshall Faulk ended his career with 136 touchdowns.

It's not "Barry and Barry only" by any means. Best pure runner of all time? Barry. Best all-purpose RB of all time? Give me Faulk 10 times out of 10.
