Glennon had 19 TD's and 9 INT's on a crappy Schiano coached team when V-Jax was all we had to throw to.

I really liked what I saw out of Brock too.

Pickings kinda slim, so yeah Sanchez might be in that Top 5 backup QB discussion unfortunately

In no particular order I'd rather have these guys...

Zach Mettenberger
Jimmy Garappolo
Tyrod Taylor
Kirk Cousins
Ryan Fitzpatrick

@ Cousins.  Not even I, as a MSU homer can back him anymore.

if Bradford doesn't work out, we're back to looking at the draft.. or hoping whisenhunt gets fired and team decides to move on
If that's the case Chip might get fired as well if things don't work out

nah.. lurie is a patient dude.. can only expect so much when you don't have a good starting QB

hence why I have my stance on sanchez and whoever else.. I'd rather have a project backup that has talent that could possibly develop into something with time (that's why I hoped we took hundley late in the draft)

see if we can get something out of Bradford.. or maybe if skins get rid rg3, if he gets in a system closer to what he ran at Baylor something might be there.. or hope the titans are complete crap and chip's guy gets throw in limbo

Is there a best backup? I think the question you want to ask here is who is the most reliable backup?

Tarvaris was in there before getting hurt. I like Shaun Hill and Hasselbeck. Sanchez is reliable enough.

if sanchez is playing, I'm assuming one of Bradford's acl has combusted..

so I'd almost rather see what chip could pull out of his hat running triple option or something.. play some sort of hybrid rugby or something

Isn't Barry the all time leader in negative yardage though?

I'll admit that had more to do with the garbage OLines he played behind but still...

more to do with him dancing and running backwards trying to make a play.
. Dude had a damn near hof on his line his whole career. Plus a splid receiving core with Morton and herman Moore. Him being on a "garbage " squad just ain't true.

The only reason he needed to do all that dancing around was as a result of all the penetration his line allowed right after the snap though. So many times he had would be tacklers in the backfield just as he got the ball

I just realized that Peyton got to play with Faulk and Edge early in his career while Luck has Zurlon effin Tipton in the backfield. :smh:
