@franc :nerd:

Would you rather have Justin Hunter or Cordarrelle Patterson for the remainder of both player's careers?

Both Vols, both selected between picks 30-37 in the 2013 draft:

Hunter through two seasons: 46 receptions, 852 yards, 7 TD
Patterson through two seasons: 78 receptions, 853 yards, 5 TD

bruh!!!!!

give me either one and im ok. lowkey hoping hunter gets cut, sleezeball thing to say. idc

That's your opinion but IMO he has shown to have the skill set to be a good QB in the league
I disagree. He's had one good year and has looked lost and awful since. When he proves he can be a decent QB I'll believe it. His QB IQ is horrible.
heard the same crap about so many bad qbs. Russell Wilson is a much better QB then rg can ever dream to be.I was never impressed by him . That season looked like a total fluke. Just like kap being the next great one supposedly. Never bought the hype

Put RGIII in Seattle and he has two Super Bowl rings.

This was posted on the Skins MB:

Go back and watch highlights from 2012 and tell me Robert was unable to make quick decisions? He was sure capable then. You can claim it was a simple scheme or whatever you want to do to take away from what he was doing as a rookie, but he was in an offense that highlighted his strengths. Also his accuracy seemed perfectly suitable for an NFL QB. Those things don't just go away. However what can slow down the process is entering a different kind of offense that you've never ran before, one you aren't comfortable in, one you are learning from square one.

Could Robert succeed under Chip? Who knows. I would have liked to see the 'Skins go after Seattle's O-coordinator. Someone who has proven he can design an offense around a QB with this kind of skill-set, and slowly implement more complexity to it, while never truly moving away from what the QB does best.

You watch Seattle run it's offense and it is mostly safe high percentage passes, Wilson doesn't run a ton but the threat of him to run is there on most plays. It's basically the 'Skins offense of 2012 but with more wrinkles. Same with the 49ers passing offense up until 2014 when they tried to put too much on Kap's plate and he had a down year. People want to make these proclamations that Seattle's offense is so much more complex than what we did in 2012 but it simply isn't. Wilson and Kap for that matter still basically a run a 1st read and then bail type of passing game. Not every single play of course, but you watch them when they snap the ball, if that first read is covered like a blanket, they usually start moving around the pocket or out of the pocket to buy time. Most of the time when they stay in the pocket it is to setup a screen pass. The difference is that their blockers aren't getting blown up off the ball and being driven backwards. Their skill players are making catches 3-5 yards and then being setup by design to get 7-10 yards out of it. Nothing fancy or difficult to it, but it is efficient because of the talent level. Seattle can be downright boring on offense to watch besides Lynch bruising up and down the field.

A lot of interesting points....

However, to be totally fair, we have to remember that RG3 complained about the way he was being used, and this is where we are now.

The more I think about it, you guys are probably right...it's in the best interest of ALL parties to cut ties (barring a DRASTIC turnaround) before the 2016 season.

I'm still a supporter of RGIII in that I think he can be a very good NFL Q, but at this point, I'd also have to agree with a change of scenery. Him and Gruden just don't jive well.

But the hate he's getting now is completely ridiculous and really not needed

.

Is it cool to hate on RG3 now?

I never expected him to be as good as his rookie season simply because I figured he would be injury prone.

But the boy can cook if he'd have some type of support.

Yeah he has a douche personality but most of people completely ignored that and was on his meat still.

Like he didn't just turn in to a **** yesterday so I'm starting to wonder where is all this new hate coming from?

Nothing about buddy has changed these last few years though.

I don't think I've seen this lopsided of a turn so fast.

It took all of Cutlers career for people to turn on him and he's had 10000% support from coaches and players and fans.

I just don't see why his old fans are now haters.

And this isn't a rhetorical question, I really wanna know.
