It's not really a holiday weekend in Miami until a professional athlete gets arrested in South Beach. So get those Fourth of July firecrackers ready because early this morning, Green Bay Packers tight end Andrew Quarless got the weekend started. 

Quarless ended up in police custody after firing a gun twice into the ground, according to Miami Beach police. 

According to a police report, Andrew Quarless fired two rounds after getting into an argument with a group of women near a parking garage; when police chased the black Porsche he was seen riding in, he allegedly tried to hide outside a restaurant and tried to stash his weapon in a potted plant.

Vikings cornerback Josh Robinson has pectoral muscle injury

Vikings cornerback Josh Robinson has a torn pectoral muscle injury, an NFL source confirmed.

The injury happened during the Vikings’ June mini-camp, ESPN reported today. The severity of the injury is unknown; it was originally reported by @natjordanNFL on Twitter.

Robinson declined to comment on the injury, but texted he was looking forward to “playing with the Vikings this season.”

Robinson was a third round pick in 2012 and has played regularly since. The Vikings took cornerback Trae Waynes with their first round pick this year after drafting cornerback Xavier Rhodes in the first round in 2013.

The Vikings lost two starters, Phil Loadholt and Brandon Fusco, on the offensive line last year because of torn pectoral muscles. Defensive end Brian Robison was limited in the offseason because of a pectoral injury as well

random story but back in the 90's mom bought a dresser from someone and the guy blew his hand off in a fireworks incident, well they left some of the pictures in the dresser that we found later on :x
