In one of the final WiR's, I think I brought up people having to brace themselves for Simms and Nantz calling the Superbowl. Or if it wasn't a WiR, it was definitely in here. Simms had me shaking my head for something and we're reminded of his idiocy on a weekly basis.

Phil Simms is by far the worst national commentator in any of the 4 major professional sports. BY FAR. Will never, ever criticize refs for a bad call and half the time he starts a thought, you can tell he has no clue how he's gonna finish it up or what point he's trying to get across.

If you want to know how Wes Welker's brain will function and perform when he reaches the age of 60, just listen to Phil Simms talk during a football game. There's your sneak peak into the future. It's about time they take him out back and put him out of his misery. He's done out here.

Nantz is okay and has to constantly bail out Simms from half-finished ideas or opinions, but I don't view him the same anymore after the recent revelation about his conflicts of interest.

His quotes on the Al-Jazeera HGH investigation + his off-the-field business relationship with Peyton Manning + the way he sucked off Peyton after Brock got pulled for #18 AND got the ball rolling on the narrative coming out of that game = you look funny in the light from now on.

Nantz and Simms showing why life is good once you're a part of the good ol' boy network...

Nantz and Simms can be over the top sometimes, but Aikman and Joe Buck top my list of commentators I hate.

Bring back Pat Summerall and John Madden...

Simms and his 'you know Jim.....'

You never know where it is going to go

Usually nowhere at all

Madden and Summerall the GOATs :smokin

At this point, would rather listen to Collinsworth/Michaels or Tirico/Gruden than Simms/Nantz
I can tolerate Aikman, but not Buck for the most part.

"You know Jeem, I talked to him last Sundeeee, and we talked about how we talked about working on his mechanics this offseason, but I think it's time we talk about the game at hand. Boy, what a hit by #92! Talk about a big hit right there."
 I read this in Phil's voice too

This is gold my man. I died.

Collinsworth and Buck annoy me the most. Phil and Nantz suck too but Buck and Chris. Just awful.

Same lmaooooo that was gold...

and while Joe Buck is a dweeb, (haven't liked him since that Moss "mooning" **** he pulled) I like his play by play. Hearing him and Troy you just know its a big game, just don't wanna hear his opinions on anything... at all.

Really only like watching NFL games on FOX and NBC... CBS been meh since they came back in the late 90s

As far as Fox, Joe Buck is just so damn smug, but he's great at calling games.

Tony Siragusa is the walking embodiment of a rotisserie chicken.

Moose/Aikman/Diehl/Ronde aren't bad.

For the soccer fans,Joe Buck = Alexi Lalas

Both legit exude smugness and arrogance through the screen  :x

We keep hearing about Marvin Lewis not being able to control his players. It's funny that it's the only thing we hear about but why not bring up Mike Tomlin not being able to control his players AND his coaches. I guess because they won but his players did their dirty but their coaches did as well.

AP fumbles the ball into the air and it hits Mike Wallace right in the hands. This is supposed to be your big time WR and he couldn't catch that. You blame AP for fumbling in the first place but I find it funny that your star WR drops the ball.

Tomlin has a hard enough time controlling himself
