Marvin doesn't have control of his players is all I heard. Didn't hear anyone talk about the fact Tomlin doesn't control of his players and coaches.

Bruh, I'm not tryna hear no level headed **** right now!

Literally the worse lose of my life.

I really believed this year then this BS happened.

I'm ****** up man.

Haven't felt like this since the Pistons beat the Lakers :frown:

You guys will be alright, man. At some point something has to give.

It's hard for me to blame Marvin. Before Burfict where was this control narrative? Marvin has been there 12 years and suddenly he can't control players. The media will have people believe anything if they push it hard enough.

People in Pitt have been saying it for years, many locals are not a fan of MT

Bengals will get it next year KK, far too talented to not win one

Eh around 05/06 there was this talk as well. But some of this is overblown, besides a few of the same guys on the team overall the players are seemingly always in control

2 players in 12 years isn't a high number IMO. I can't recall Henry going wild on game days. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. Off field issues fall on the players. These are grown men.

players get arrested and still get a pass from the team and that shows a discipline problem though

I have no dog in this fight, I just think the Bengals need new leadership

Ocho was labled out of control

To this day he swears he should have stayed with Marvin.

And it's noted I'm not a Marvin fan but you can't hang this on him.

Most of the Pitt fans I've come across don't like Tomlin but I'm referring to today. I understand they won the game but Tomlin didn't have control over his team or coaching staff. Then I gotta hear Nantz and Simms talk about the guy like a felon escaped jail and is armed.

I think Marvin needs to go but what else is out there? They need change but I'm tired of hearing about Marvin not having his players in control today. It's all ********.

Part of this is that Marvin is known to take risks on and have huge success with troubled players.  So if you do that at times bad things can happen.

Look how much Pacman and Burfict have meant to the team though.  They likely would have flamed out elsewhere.

Couldn't agree more about the media reaction but it is par for the course if you look at the Steelers' history.  They are media darlings and will remain so, because of their history of success and the Rooney's popularity with the big boys at the top.

R.I.P Chris Henry too. By all accounts he was getting his life in order when he died tragically.

I think part of the reason for the headline being against Cincy is because it was in PBS and how ugly it got there with the crowd. I think that influenced the comments and thoughts and was negatively attributed to the team (unfairly)

I don't see a problem at all with someone from Seattle rooting for OKC. If you're a lifetime Sonics fan why would you start being a fan of the Blazers (or whoever else)?

Man, for the last time, Tomlin's players' extra curricular activities didn't cost him a football game.

Pacman Jones, however, let Joey freaking Porter inside his head, cost his team 15 extra yards, and puts the icing on the cake for Pittsburgh. How do you let a known agitater, agitate you?

Porter was all the way wrong, but Pacman needs to be a little more mindful in that situation.
