Not a surprise. I believe it's money and injury related. RG3 may not be the runner he once was but the arm is still great and he's still more athletic then most QBs. He'll land somewhere next year.

I don't know what Jays problem was. Maybe it was a play for power. The thought was RG3 controlled the locker room because of his relationship with Dan. So if Jay showed he had the power the rest of the players would be more keen to follow him.
Whoever gets him will get the healthiest version of him since his rookie year.
