Cowboys defense regressed
and they lost Demarco
if they had kept demarco they would be in a totally different position right now
Nah, you put DeMarco back on Dallas with an injured Romo or Dez and he's just Philly DeMarco
Kyle@IgglesNest Nov 8

Since week 2, Ryan Mathews and DeMarco Murray have combined for 148 carries, 784 rush yards (that's 5.3 YPC), and 6 rushing TDs.

Folk can't keep it 100 I see. This level of attention paid to Hardy is only because he's a celebrity. I highly doubt people are as passionate about DV when it's some random person on the news. You don't care about where they work. If they can get employed a place that pays equal what they made before. The "outrage" isn't the same although the crime can be.

Let me clear my statement by saying thats of TODAY.

He could flourish while everyone else fails but I doubt 4 QBs get a vote.

Defense has had it's lapses but for the most part they've kept us in most of these games without Romo so I think things would've have been slightly better if everyone was healthy.

There's no clear cut favorite in the NFC right now, which is why I said Dallas was in the mix to challenge for a spot in the SB.

getting lucky vs the giants in game 1 gave you all of that?

What the hell are you even talking about right now?

I'd say Carolina looks like a clear cut favorite right about now. They've gained some distance away from Arizona and Green Bay
I have a feeling their offense will lay an egg when it matters most.

Solid team though.
scares the crap out of me...its way to early in the season to say the seed and all the other stuff is locked up.

I feel like "fake outrage" has become a new buzzword. On some "Oh people are upset about something that I'm not or I don't really care about so it must be false outrage"

The term is a bit nonsensical when you think about it
It really is

team was healthy this game, right?

Definitely agree with there being no clear cut favorite.  There's just too many hypothetical situations for Dallas being a SB contender.  Romo and Dez went down so early, that's it hard to gauge how good of a team they could have been.  We'd have to assume that the running game would be as productive as it was with Murray (Which hasn't really been true, besides the last couple weeks with McFadden, who no one thought would actually be the sole starter at the beginning of the season).  That was the key to keeping the defense off the field, last year.

They definitely would have been consistent enough the run the East, though.  Can't argue that.

Week 1 of the season, you do know teams progress as the season goes along right? Who's to say they we're going to improve off that game? The following week your team couldn't beat Weeden :smh:

If teams didn't progress and learn from their mistakes, you would still be in here crying about your Eagles.

So again, what the hell are you talking about?

In case Hardy comes up again let it be known. I've asked the simple job question 3 times since last Friday without anyone who opposes my stance quoting it or responding to it. That tells me those who oppose my view can't argue it so it goes unquoted. I'd respect it more if folk acknowledged my point instead of ignoring it. Nobody wants to be wrong though. I get it. Smh

last week Hardy regretted what he did in the past, this week he is the victim again

that is why people hate this guy

I wasn't the one calling dallas a super bowl contender.. and tony started the following week's game too, was he and the cowboys supposed to look like super bowl contenders in that game?

I'm just trying to figure out where this grand conclusion of the cowboys being that thing came from.. I mean before last year, they were 8-8 and out of the playoffs

I think it's a little fake to be outraged by Hardy when there's at least 10-15 dudes on NFL rosters with a DV case.

Heck my boy Johnnys gf said he hit her couple of times, she had some bruising and then he's playing the next week and it's like everything is normal.

Granted you can say he didn't get arrested( you can debate if privelege had anything to do with that) but it's not a reach to say its some form of alleged DV.

So if Greg Hardy is an awful person for his alleged DV, what are the other dudes?

Those other guys aren't the "hot topic" right now.

Stop deflecting from Hardy! Ha ha ha

I can agree with some of that.

I think the NFC is wide open, nobody scares me like Seattle did a few years ago. Plus it's only Week 10, things will start clearing up in the next couple weeks.

They're also pieces of ****?

I remember bringing up the JFF DUI/DV case a few weeks back wondering how the league didn't take any action against him. Think someone explained that he voluntarily signed up for rehab which is why the league didn't do anything
