About to leave my house to run some errands but now I'm debating on sitting here and watching the rest of this game :smh:

I don't care if you're Greg Hardy, Jeff Hardy, Matt Hardy, a 3rd string QB, or a punter -- if you're proven guilty of beating a woman, you're scum.

There was a case of a collegiate athlete who spent years in jail for rape. Turns out the woman lied. You can't always take cases on face value. Hardy had a right to appeal. If you choose not to grant him that right or accept the findings from that cool. You will also be condemning a lot of innocent people with that logic. Many have had convictions overturned on appeal.

Don't allow this case to blur your sense of justice or injustice for that matter. Appeals are important. Maybe not in this case but in some.

Were you in anyway apprehensive about Ben Roethlusberger playing for the Steelers?

I mean it was 2 alleged rape cases..There's probably a little smoke to that fire.

Actually, I was. Still feel some kind of way to be honest with you. I don't blindly defend any player that plays for my favorite team...

Young Eli airing it out.

Plax really ****** us. We better the season after we won. **** **** ****.

Steve Smith was such a bum.

Ok cool, at least you're consistent with it.

I think it's a little fake to be outraged by Hardy when there's at least 10-15 dudes on NFL rosters with a DV case.

Heck my boy Johnnys gf said he hit her couple of times, she had some bruising and then he's playing the next week and it's like everything is normal.

Granted you can say he didn't get arrested( you can debate if privelege had anything to do with that) but it's not a reach to say its some form of alleged DV.

So if Greg Hardy is an awful person for his alleged DV, what are the other dudes?

Moving the goalposts.

DV is grabbing her wrist (friction burn) from keeping the girl from throwing his wallet and jumping out of a moving car?

How do you know that for a fact?

How do you know they both didn't come to an agreement in order for it to go away? Is that far-fetched to think at this point considering we've heard little to nothing from Nicole since?

Where does it say "Greg Hardy knew he would be found guilty, again, so he decided to pay her off."

Hopefully those questions were good enough for a reasonable response from you.

Why would Greg Hardy pay a hefty sum if he was innocent? yes it seems far fetched that this is the scenario that happened considering there are 47 pictures of her bruises and the crime scene, we only saw 2 of those photos

you are a lawyer right?

True.

If he was like 26 when this happened he would be playing somewhere now. But being on the wrong side of 30 is no bueno for a RB as you said.
Ray Rice was 27 when it happened. 28 now.

Reason he's not in the league is because of a down year he had before + the scrutiny that would come from fans, media, and (most importantly) the petty *** league office.

Goodell would be personally offended and take it as spitting in his face.

Hmm I stand corrected. I could have sworn he was 28/29

Thanks for pointing that out.
