The system is doing him no favors. Primarily under center having to dropback, rollout and do things as if he's a young man. He can still pick guys apart in a shotgun, no doubt, but Kubiak isn't that kind of coach.

Did they say how they blew the blatant late hit on Romo on that drive which would have gave them 15 yards and stopped the clock? Or what about the blindside block after the INT which would have pushed the Giants back to the 16 as opposed to the 1?
