So we're just posting random pictures of people in parking lots now in this thread?

Brb let me google parking lots

Raider players visiting Children's Hospital in Oakland this morning.
This is down the street from the studio where I work.
This is one of the best children's hospitals in the country.
You aren't from the town or the Bay Area so I wouldn't expect you to understand.
Are the Chargers reaching for the playoffs this year again or working more towards the draft? Honest question, no shade.

I know about the Oakland hospital and I know about the Bay, I was raised there the first 17 years of my life. Your assumptions are entertaining but very wrong.

I had no idea a pink wall and a glimpse of a parking lot with a tiny children's hospital sign in the very far back (I had to zoom in now to be able to barely see on mobile) was the Children's Hospital, obviously if I had seen the children's hospital I wouldn't have thought it was just a random picture (which is what it looked like).

How about you post a little more context next time to share so more light on such a positive story? Instead of posting a picture with no words and expecting us all to be psychic. It looks like fans celebrating next to cars, can we know what exactly they were doing there? Were they visiting the kids? We're raider players giving autographs? How about a story or an article?

So yeah, if you don't believe me and want to know how much I "know and understand about the bay" you can ask Jumpman, aka WhoYouThink, who knows exactly where I grew up.

I had no idea the Chargers playoff contention had anything to do with the parking lot picture conversation but if you want to go into a football discussion about the last 13 years id be happy too.

For now though, since the original context of the picture was a positive one I will be nice and say thank you for sharing a picture of the children's hospital and bringing attention to it, just please give a little more information or context so it can get the proper attention it deserves next time.

Am I the only one thinking Cam a ***** for snitching on that ref to the media?

Idk....just seems petty as hell because it wasn't that serious

Nah, I'm with you. Straight up telling on people. Thought that **** was weak as ****.

Vick wouldn't have told on someone

Vick didn't give a **** about the game or respect it at age 26

Cam does and wants to be the best he can be

Rules are rules.. Call it the same way across the board no matter who it is...

the ed hochuli incident is much to do about nothing
its basically his way of telling cam to ice up
cam a b for the snitching

The Chargers playoff contention has nothing to do with the parking lot picture.

I asked an honest question and still don't see an answer or opinion on it so it must not be that important.

I thought this was a football thread...

Poor assumption on my end as was your assumption that this was just a random parking lot picture.

The players had just visited visited the kids and were playing one for the photographer.

How often do we get to see players being themselves or just having fun while doing positive things in the cities they play for? Honest question.

I've been here my whole life. I don't need to validate who is from where or how or when. I don't really  do care.

Apologies for the assumption. This is our introduction to one another. Nice to meet you.

You expected us to get that out of your pic?
Gotta give info and context

always good to see athletes giving back especially to sick kids

this is why I am a fan of Mark Sanchez, he's just a good dude

Thing is I like the phitos, but just wanted information, especially for something like this. Game photos I obviously understand, but good stuff like this...let the story out!

I'm still not telling on anyone. He gave a play by play to the media. Cam Newton is never getting Brady, Rodgers and Peyton type calls. Just like certain players aren't getting LeBron James and Kobe Bryant type calls in the NBA

just the players' presence in their room can bring a smile to a kids face & make them forget about what's going on for a lil bit

good stuff by the Raiders :pimp:

[thread="629840"]My bad to License and dmx. I will no longer post random Raider pictures without context or make assumptions about people on this board. I'm a photographer by heart so I just let the images talk. [/thread]

All good Brodie, thanks for following it up with more pics.

Always puts a smile on my face to see players giving back like that no matter what city it's at.

Feel free to post pics, we just wanna know what they're all about that's all.

But you seem like a chill dude with good intentions, didn't mean to get off on the wrong foot.

:pimp:

Raiders do so much work in the community but media always looks for the negative stuff

Man, I don't know why Raider's fans get bad reps. Every Raiders fan in here and all of the ones I've met in real life are real nice dudes. Maybe because I live on the east coast and they're not very common here but still...
Cowboys, Steelers, Packers and Patriots fans are the worst though. I'm always watching you.

True.  Outside of the Pats the vast majority of those fanbases are bandwagoners/front-runners.

Pats unfortunately have a lot of fans from Massachusetts

*Fans of those teams on NT are cool though.  I'm talking elsewhere.
