Phil isn't a HOFer. He had some great teams and couldn't get the job done.

Rings play a very small factor when it comes to football for me but he had damn good teams and couldn't get to the SB. That's a huge problem. Team is sorry now and he'll never be close again.
 
Dudes playing with a high school freshman team offensive linemen, inconsistent running game, injured banged up depleted receiver core... And he still leads the NFL in passing yards, with 0 ints


Let the man into the HOF.

Would you consider Rivers great chargers QB of all time or ais it still Fouts?
 
I know they want melvin gordon to be great but damn he's been playing like beans. Just let woodhead flourish.
