What is it with the NFL and the timing of these reviews. There was a good 2 minutes during that TO they could have used to review the play, but they wait until they get back on the field and ready to play again to say it's under review. So dumb.

Keenan Allen has 11 catches on 12 targets for 128 yards at the half.
