What I hate the most is what the ref that came in and called it Patriots ball did. He's coming in from behind the play and has no way of telling who recovered it, but yet he adamantly makes a call.
I see that happen way too much, especially on fumbles.

You see him come out with the ball. The replay shows he's the closest one to the ball. Not sure how you don't have enough evidence to give it to Indy.

Definitely was enough evidence to see that indy had it.
It's like the refs are legally blind sometimes.
You can clearly see moncrief slide in there for it. The Pat on top of it had no control whatsoever. It was just under his thigh for all of 2 seconds

I thought it was Colts ball on that onside kick but it has to be absolutely irrefutable to overturn the call on the field . It could have went either way. It was a beautiful onside kick
