Funny thing is, the Texans played so bad against the Dolphins, if he hadn't "missed" the flight, Mallett WOULD have played and could have actually earned the starting position back

Eh, Woodhead is an exception to the norm. Vereen should be the same in due time. Lack of a consistent role has hurt him in certain games.
