definitely one of my favorite parts of the show. i remarked about it earlier in this thread. absolutely enjoyed the finale. really looking forward to season 2. i'll re-watch the season at some point in the coming months.
i keep movies and tv shows in a shared folder on the network at work and a bunch of people made it a point to ask me to put the finale in there before i went home today :lol:

She's going to be a dirty dog next Season G.

Great finale, great season! I don't really understand what's going on completely but I guess that's part of it all right now. I just hope Tyrell is alive AND that he turns face permanently. It looks like Philip Price/White Rose/Faux-luminati are the antagonists and I bet Angela will continue to break bad under Philip's influence.
 
Tyrell is a sociopath, possibly now a psychopath. There is no heel or face for him to turn. Everything will be done in his own self-interest.

There's no good side anyway.

He was willing to torture/kill Elliot to learn everything he planned to do with fsociety all that stemming from Joanna's ultimatum.

I hope he's alive just to be another wildcard and interesting character on the show but I wouldn't be surprised that Mr. Robot killed him or has him incapacitated in a way that's really gruesome.
 
I honestly think they left Tyrell vague cause they didn't have an exact answer yet.

Either he's dead (absurdly lame to kill him off screen) or he's in hiding due to his involvement in the execution of the hack.

They have a little bit of time to figure it out.

It took me a few viewings to pick up on it but in the last 3 episodes, the references are downright blatant.

One interesting twist I thought of for S2 with Tyrell and Elliot is what if Mr. Robot did kill him but it is Tyrell banging on the door.

So Tyrell is there most of S2 doing his thing and near the end of S2 we find out he's dead and it's been Elliot and he took on Tyrell as another personality in his head after killing him.
 
If tyrell is now in elliot's head you think Joanna would let him bang her but also force him to be a dad to the baby?

If you watch Ep 9, Tyrell easily gets into Elliot's apt w/o any warning. Why would he be banging on the door now ?

I believe he's dead.

Very interesting but I don't think we'll see Tyrell again unless it's a flashback scene showing his ultimate demise.

In the video I quoted, Sam says S2 will focus on the family of Elliot. Bringing Tyrell back would be pointless.

Again, I'm only saying this because I believe Tyrell is dead, killed by Mr. Robot.

The smirk on Elliot's face when he looks in the popcorn machine is very telling, imo.

As for why Tyrell is banging on the door now though, maybe Mr. Robot beat the **** out of him, stripped him naked and he doesn't have w/e lock picking tools he used to get in to Elliot's apt the first time (he had to use lock picking tools unless Elliot just had his door unlocked after Darlene went to get his meds).

I think the door was unlocked cause he just walked in. Handle aint rustle or anything

I really doubt Tyrell is at the door, that would be too easy. I think they want the mystery of what happened to him to carry over into the first few episodes of season 2. I bet the one knocking on his door is his therapist.

Good guess on that, I'm with you

I was possibly thinking Tyrell's wife did some digging and found out where he lived but na I like the therapist guess better

The shooting scene reminded me of Budd Dwyer... I've watched the real video of his death and it's a hard watch.

Yo for a second I thought maybe Elliot = Tyrell.  I don't think my theory holds though.  Srsly though where the hell was Tyrell?

Maybe Vera is at the door... Elliot needs to reup and Vera knows his schedule for drug use.

So then it's dude salty that the Ashley Madison hack ruined his life. Maybe he's there to get his dog back from Elliot :lol:
