Naw. That's Micheal A Wood Jr. Another great eye opener. Unlike Dowd, he wasn't a crook. He sees the need for a huge reform in LE. Unfortunately, he's blacklisted for speaking the truth.

Pretty sure you're talking about the mafia cops caracappa and eppolito. Those two killed quite a few guys and god knows what else. Took a looooong time for them to even get charged also.
